Lake Devil Return Policy

Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the price of the item only. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your back statement.

Exchanges: We are able to exchange items of the same price. In order to process an exchange, please contact our customer service team via email at customerservice@LakeDevil.com. If you are looking to exchange your product for product of a different price, you will need to process a return and place an order for the new product online.  You will not be billed additional shipping charges for the shipment of the exchanged item.
